The user only needs to input the product size, the computer automatically adjusts the action, the dimension operation adopts the CNC machine tool served by servo motor control, guarantees the dimension precision; also has the correction coefficient, may eliminate the tarpaulin elastic error greatly; the entire equipment operation process greatly saves the labor .

South Korea imported Autonics temperature control to achieve digital high-precision temperature control, with solid state relay temperature control, temperature error ±2℃. The transmission part adopts frequency converter speed regulation, the speed is stable, the failure rate is low, the energy saving and electricity consumption reduction. The eyelet machine adopts the new microcomputer control, no longer uses the relay, greatly reduces the failure rate.
