Automatic Roll Cutting Machine

It is only one part, be used to cut large rolls into different sheets as customer need. It is widely use for pe PVC tarpaulin, tent, canvas, banner...All the machine is controlled with PLC and touch screen, easy to operate and high quality. It equips South Korean Autonics meter counter, making sure precise length counting,tolerance is +/-1cm.

Machine dimension is depending on customer requirements, 2m,2.5m,3m...normally it is within 4m for width.

Cloth cutting machine effective width of 3.6 meters, the lateral pressure wheel with 3.8 meter long roller pressure cloth, the back with adjustable rubber wheel pressure cloth, with the function of cutting, cutting width can be adjusted.

2, equipped with a skip on stage with high magnetic powder brake configuration, load of 1.5 tons.

3, weichuang jie PLC + inverter, letter touch-screen, users only need to set parameters, automatic cutting, the cutting error control within 1 cm, autonics meter device, cutting precision counting at the same time.
