Automatic Sewing Machine For Safety Net
This is our newly designed machine in 2020, and got orders more than 20set already from customer. It is mainly used for safety net or tarpaulin.
It including five parts for the whole machine:
1:roll rack: using air shaft to load roll, up and down automatically, saving labors.
2:sewing machine and frame.
there are two types of sewing machine: chain style and lock style, depending on customer requirement.
Compared with welding machine, customer would like to use sewing machine to hem edges, as it is tight .
3:storage rack: after sewing, it is used to storage fabric before punch eyelet.
4:eyelet machine:
normally it equips 1 group of eyelet machine(1 on left side, 1 on right side), with tracking system, can move with fabric.
5:cutting machine
it is controlled by PLC, using Siemens and tough screen, user only need to enter the required parater, all is done automatically.
