Automatic tarpauin welding machine line, is automatic and multi functional machines, be widely used for PP PE PVC tarpaulin processing, it can joint tarpaulin rolls together, then punch eyelet on the edges, finally cut length into sheets, more efficiency and labor cost saving way, compared with semi automatic type.
Products Structure
The automatic welding machine is mainly divided into : welding machine+fabric storage rack+eyelet machine+cutting machine,the four large parts, for the space located is about length 7.4m, width(from front to back)12m, and height 2.5m around, totally 12000kgs around.The key point is perfect performance and large capacity for working.
Part one: welding machine : to joint raw rolls together, seam seaing in the middle, and edge folding with with rope insert.
Working in tarpauin factory:
Part two: fabric storage rack, be used to storage the sheets after welding, waiting for punch eyelet.It is controlled by cylinder, loading up and down smoothly and freely.
Part three: eyelet machine： be used to punch eyelet on the two length edges automatically.
In normal, there are 6 set eyelet machine, 3 set on the right side, 3 set on the left side, the minmum eyelet distance 30cm.
Part four: cutting machine: be used to cut the lengths into pieces, lenght is set up by PLC.
The cutting machine is controlled by two pcs of servo motor, which make sure the stable and precise cutting position.
