Stitching eyele punching and cutting Machine Line for Safety Net construction
The automatic line machine is developed in 2019,and until now, we have sold out nearly 200 sets, to many countries in the world. It is automatic and multi functional machines, instead of working with hand made one by one, so largely increased the production capacity and at the same time, saving several labor and cost.
First, the two length edges will be hemmed by stitching machine, the seam normally 3~5cm, adjusted according to requirement.
Second, afer stitching, punch eyelet, the eyelet distance can be ajusted, minmum 30cm, the longer the distance, the faster it is.
Finally, the length will be cutted as required meter.
First parts: roll rack
equip with air shaft, and magnetic powder brake, which making sure stable in high speed operating.
Second part: stitching machine for hemming.
There are two sets stitching machine in all, one for each side, hemming tightly. The stitching machine is special designed, according to required style, like chain style, lock style...
Third part: eyelet punching
One eyelet machine with one fixed size eyelet, no change. Automatic to feed eyelet, controlled by PLC, qty and distance can be set up as needed. Equip with detective sensor to monitor the postion when moving.
The final part: cutting machine
