It is maily used to joint several tarpaulin rolls together, using hot air, 0~650 degrees, adjustable according to gsm and thickness of fabric. It is widely used for pe PVC tarpaulin, tent, canvas...with direct line welding, through hight temperature, to make sheets jointed and sealed tightly.
It including three parts, roller hanger, foot pedal and main machine with several heating head.
Machine dimension depending on roll width and finished width customer wanna produce, for exampale: roll width 2m, and finished width is 10m, then our final machine will be :11.4*1.3*2.2m, including 5 roller hanger, foot pedal and main machine with 7 heating head(6 is enough, one is spare for free).Actually, for exporting, as 45ft container is the maximum, so 12m will be the maximum width .
