Tarpaulin welder are three parts of welding machine, main device (including several heating head, the number of heating head is according to the length of materials), foot pedal(where worker stand to adjust the machine) and skip car ( where the raw material is put).Just tell us the width of raw material and the length of finshed materials, we will calculate how many heating heads you need and design for you.

Each heating header equiped one separate fan , uses Korean brand thermostat to control.Digital high precision temperature control, the tolerance is around 1~2 degree.

1:The heating pipe is high temperature resistant, can be equipped insulation sleeve if needed, which can much save energy.

2:The edge hemming is used to hem edges with rope , the size of rope is according to user's need.

The skip car is used to put orginal material, usually from 1.8~2.2meters.
