First, rub the PE cover repeatedly. Then soak the cover in water for one minute. (note: PE tarpaulin with good waterproof will not absorb water or water but not seepage).
Test the tear resistance and wear resistance of PE tarpaulin. Put a small PE tarp on the cement floor. Put in the right weight and rub it back and forth 20 times. If you look at the surface, the PE cover is good because it has no or less fluffing and can bear 200N pulling force without breaking.
