Compared with high frequency heat sealing machine, not only the heat sealing speed is fast, but also the heat sealing effect is not worse than the high frequency heat sealing machine. Generally, the speed of the hot air heat sealing machine is affected by the weight of the fabric, and the conventional PE tarpaulin heat sealing speed is about 50 m/min.
Here I still recommend that you choose a heat sealing machine, no matter the price, quality and speed, the high frequency heat sealing machine has no advantage. Moreover, the hot air heat sealing machine is easy to operate and is very suitable for new plants that are just starting to do this industry.
