4. When the buckle machine is turned on, the fingers and clothes should be removed from the mold working area to prevent the clutch from being combined and injured. If there is no riveting, the vehicle cannot be empty.
5. It is strictly forbidden to work without insurance during work! It is forbidden to operate two machines at the same time! Be highly focused on your work and don't talk to others to avoid distraction.
6. The mold installation should be close and reliable, and concentric. The riveting gap is adjusted by the upper die and the high point downwards. To prevent damage to the machine caused by the top cow, the mold must meet the quality requirements and the material should be tight.
7. Adjust the machine and troubleshoot the power should be turned off. Clean the machine and keep the materials and turn off the power when you are off work.
